Using the service

You may use Bitemora only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your device and account credentials secure.

Wellness disclaimer

Bitemora is a wellness and tracking tool. Nutrition estimates, calorie targets, scan results, and progress summaries are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Accounts and access

Some features may require an account or sign-in provider. You agree not to impersonate others, misuse authentication flows, or interfere with the reliability or security of the service.

Subscriptions and paid features

Bitemora may offer paid or limited features, including subscription-based access. If purchases are offered through a platform such as the App Store, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by that platform’s rules in addition to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the service except where prohibited by law, use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content that violates the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The Bitemora brand, site design, app interface, and related content are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also revise these terms, and continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated version.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitemora and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
